Sustainably Fresh, Always Fly

At Ndáko, sustainability isn’t a side note — it’s the heartbeat of everything we do. From how we source to how we ship, our mission is to keep it fly while protecting the planet. Here’s how we stay fresh with purpose:
Smart care = long wear.
Taking care of your clothes is one of the easiest ways to be more sustainable. We provide tips to extend the life of your gear, reduce waste, and keep your outfits looking clean and crisp. Love your clothes longer — the earth will thank you.
Old threads, new drip.
Upcycling is at the core of our Hip Upz collection. We transform worn-out garments into bold new pieces using vibrant African wax-print fabrics. This reduces textile waste and brings new energy to what might’ve been tossed aside. It’s sustainability with serious style.
Empowerment from the ground up.
Our artisans in Bukavu, DRC are the heart of the Motherland Collection. We practice ethical production by letting our partners set their own timelines and prices. This ensures fair pay, sustainable livelihoods, and supports local economies while preserving traditional craftsmanship.
The little details that matter big.
We go eco all the way:
-
Labels made from cork leather
-
Buttons from cherry wood
-
Organic elastics and cords
-
Biodegradable packaging
-
Minimal printed marketing
Even for our Merch Collection with Spreadshirt, we’ve got sustainability in mind: we only use Stanley/Stella garments, known for ethical, eco-conscious production.
Every piece sold plants a tree.
For every product sold, we invest €5 to plant a tree, restoring green spaces and fighting climate change. We're also all about supporting the local Hip Hop scene, by sponsoring events and providing fresh gear to youth crews. Style with impact? That’s Ndáko.
